Before the pandemic, Marketo User Groups and Roadshows were largely in-person meetings 

Things have certainly changed since then. The big news of the day was that Adobe had acquired Marketo and that Marketo Summit was shifting dates from October to the end of March leaving the Marketo team with less than 6 months - roughly half the typical time - to produce one of the largest digital marketing conferences on Earth. We thought that 2019 Summit was a hectic time, but that 2020 would stabilize as we all got used to our new, expanded community.


Today, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, all Marketo User Groups are virtual and it's given us a chance to make greater connections with each other. Where Karan Hari was the only panelist from outside of the United States on the 2019 panel, today we have budding new Virtual User Group leaders around the world.


Here are a few highlights of fledgling Marketo User Group communities that have sprouted up in the past 6 months:


Like so many other parts of our society, our Marketo community has evolved to respond to the challenges we face today. We can't wait to see so many of our friends and colleagues in person again in 2021.
